Recently I have attended one of a product based company for WLAN design Engineer. Interview was very horrible. Only two rounds happened. In first interview, Interviewer prepared some internet questions and he was asking. Thats too he kept one answer in his mind and expecting the same for me. IMO "Sometimes you may expect advanced level and candidates would have think basic level. Sometimes you may expect basic level and candidates would have think advanced level. Put it in nutshell Candidates are not an astrologer."
However It is triggered something in my mind. Why not we can consolidate all internet based question and put in one single place? When all candidates answer for internet questions, Interviewers will stop ask questions like that.
